Rules and Guidelines for Lobby Space

Tables & Chairs:

  • Each reservation includes one table
  • Tables are located in the cabinet around the corner from the elevators on the 1st floor
  • Tables may be set up in front of the donor wall, but not blocking the mailroom door
  • Chairs are in the mailroom behind the glass donor wall (key available in 815)
  • All tables and chairs must be put back after use

Rules:

  • Hanging items on the glass donor wall or elsewhere in the lobby is not permitted
  • Please respect those who do not want to hear your ‘pitch’. This is an outlet for you to promote your club/cause, but please do not harass those not interested

Note:

  • If both spaces are reserved, please contact the Dean’s Office (BUS 815) or 435-797-8328 to see if additional space may be available.
